We are delighted to announce that in line with government guidelines, we will be re-opening our Dublin store this coming Monday the 8th of June. We have been closed for nearly three months now (which is longer than our store has been open!) so we're delighted to be getting back in and seeing all our customers again.
Following government guidelines, we will have some small changes in store to keep both staff and customers safe. The store will be operated by one member of staff on a daily basis in order to remove close contact between team members and assist with social distancing. We will limit the amount of customers in the store to three at any one time, which will enable you to keep a safe distance from other people in the store. If there is already three customers in store when you arrive, we would ask you please wait outside or take a seat in the window and follow the one out, one in protocol.
We will provide a sanitation station at the store entry with hand sanitiser, gloves and masks. We would ask that all customers at minimum use the hand sanitiser when coming in to the store. As we have no formal till area, purchases can be processed from anywhere in the store at a safe distance. We would ask that where possible customers pay using contactless or card and staff will ensure that the pin-pad is wiped down after every use. In line with our current procedures all receipts will be provided by email.
We will allow customers try on clothing in the store with only one fitting room open at this time. We have set out new procedures for clothes that are tried on but not purchased, where the products in question will be steamed by a member of staff and will remain in a designated area of the stock room for a minimum of 24 hours for added precaution.
Staff members will also perform a regular cleaning schedule, where all surfaces and contact points will be sanitised on a frequent basis.
If you don't want to queue or would prefer to be in store without any other customers you can find out more information here.
These are strange times for everyone but we hope that with customer co-operation we can make the whole experience as seamless and "normal" as possible.
